Terms of Service

Services are delivered per agreed scope and SLA (99.9% uptime target; 30-minute critical response). Billing is monthly with payment due within 15 days. Client infrastructure remains client property; configurations created by Kinetikatech remain its intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. Managed accounts are for production use.
