Like booking a specialist doctor or lawyer: you pay for the diagnosis, you own the plan.

How a session works
You book a slot and tell us in one paragraph what's worrying you. We review your infrastructure beforehand whenever access allows. Then we meet for 45 minutes: findings first, your questions second, priorities third. Within two business days you receive the written action plan, what to fix, in what order, with effort estimates, yours to implement yourself or hand to us.
What it costs
A fixed fee per session, quoted upfront before you book, no hourly meters running, no surprise invoices. If you engage us for rescue or monthly management within 30 days, the consultation fee is credited toward the work.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give server access?
It helps but isn't required. With access we diagnose precisely; without it we work from symptoms, logs, and screenshare, still concrete.
What if my problem needs urgent rescue instead?
We'll tell you in the first ten minutes and convert the session into emergency triage on the spot.
