Terms of Service

Services are delivered per agreed scope and SLA (99.9% uptime target; 30-minute critical response). Billing is monthly with payment due within 15 days. Client infrastructure remains client property; configurations created by Kinetikatech remain its intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. Managed accounts are for production use. Liability is limited as agreed per contract and governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
